She presented us with a broad range of options meeting our requirements but also gave helpful recommendations about locations and flats which we would not have initially considered but which were really great to see. Elma was INCREDIBLE. She very quickly learnt exactly what we wanted and only took us to view flats that aligned instead of trying to sell us something not quite right. She observed our reactions to flats and used these in her searches. When we did find a flat she very thoroughly checked it and negotiated extensively with the landlord. We are so grateful!
