I am hugely grateful for Cindy’s help and expertise in finding a flat to rent in Hong Kong. I had a very tight deadline to work with, and Cindy was able to find a selection of properties that matched what I was looking for in only a number of hours, and even accommodated me to carry out viewings the following day. Incredibly, we had a signed Provisional Tenancy Agreement by the end of the day of the viewings. Fiona is extremely excellent and very responsible. She took care of everything for Agreement including the utilities to the end. She is good at both English and Cantonese so that she could help us solve the issue even during the moving, i.e. we lost the stuff during the moving. We couldn't find it without her help. She is not only very reliable and responsible for her work, but she also has a excellent negotiation skill which makes both landlord and tenant satisfied. We could save time without unnecessary negotiation thanks to you. Beyond that, she did her best to understand our requests and followed up so we could find out the new space earlier than we expected. While others support the basic work for clients like Agreement and utilities, she assisted us to settle down on new home softly and quickly. We really appreciate her help.
