Having just moved to Hong Kong, navigating the rental property market was daunting but Tammy made it so much easier. She was thorough in her explanation of all the documentation and processes; helped me narrow down locations based on my specific requirements; highly responsive and always forthcoming with advice + help (not just on properties - ask her anything). When I was looking for recommendations for an agent with good taste in flats and someone who would only show properties matching my criteria, more than 1 person recommended Jayde.
