Jane knows the HK market very well and was an excellent judge of the types of places I was interested in. This means I didn't waste time and I didn't need other agents. Jane was very warm and friendly and very professional. She was always at a viewing ahead of time and had already looked at the place in detail. I hate to be competing with the agent to look! Jane left me to view in peace and then had lots of pointers afterwards to help me assess suitability. She also made room plans for me of the flat I was interested in and this was very helpful. Jane had good knowledge of negotiating and how different landlords are open to different types of offers. This was very helpful.
