She genuinely wanted to help find us our perfect apartment, which included all of the items on our wish-list/criteria. We stayed in contact with Jayde for around 6 months before she found us our amazing apartment in Happy Valley. She had so much patience when showing us SO many apartments during our house hunt! We can't thank her enough. We have referred a lot of friends and colleagues to work with Jayde and they have had very positive experiences with her too.

Working with Rosa, we were very happy with the entire process and our outcome. This included helping us find a place that wasn't exactly even on the market, which is something that not all agents are able to do. She also helped us negotiate and reach a deal that both we and the landlord seemed satisfied with. She took care of the entire process, and shielded us from some of the challenges in the negotiation, and so we experienced a smooth and streamlined process until not only signing, but also throughout until the final handover a few weeks after moving in.
