My husband and I just relocated to HK from New York. We were matched with Ruby for our property search, and we could not be happier with her service. We were impressed that she took so much time with us and was able to arrange so many viewings in one rather long day. Apart from that, we were delighted that Ruby, in many ways, exceeded the expectations of her job. She showed us many more apartments than she “needed” to, recommended additional districts, assisted with our furniture search and was extremely diligent in coordinating with our landlord to expedite the signing of our lease. The fact that Ruby went above and beyond deserves special recognition.

I have engaged the services of many real estate agents in my time. It has been my experience that, generally speaking, they are fairly useless. Of course, there is always an exception that proves a rule. In this case, Kim and Nicki are just that - exceptional. Kim and Nicki ensured that every facet of our apartment search was faultlessly handled and executed. Even more so, they put their own personal time and resources in to ensure that the process went super smoothly. The difference, I think, between them and everyone else is sincerity. They really do care about their clients and earnestly so. I unhesitatingly recommend them. Indeed, you’d be doing yourself a serious disservice using anybody else.

I met with many agents but Shirley was by far the most attentive and helpful one. She understood my requirements right away and started showing me all my options which led me to get a better understanding of the market situation. She worked very hard to negotiate with the landlord on what I wanted. Unlike many others who always seem to be on the landlord side, she worked hard to satisfy all. I felt that she is a hard working, intelligent person who is also very sincere in her willingness to help. I will recommend her to others with no hesitation and I will also reach out to her for my next move.
