9月5日 - 地產代理監管局昨日公布，截至8月底，本港地產代理持牌總人數達35,595人，屬於連升4個月，比起4月份的低位增加218人，其中營業員牌照增加至1.67萬人，屬於近一年高位；而俗稱E牌的代理(個人)牌照，則增加至1.89萬人。
近期樓市回暖，各大地產代理表示，對樓市前景仍然看好，並會於年底前增聘更多人手。
