Joe is the only estate agent I recommend to people and make a point of passing his number to every person I hear of who is house hunting. The fact that his background straddles both Hong Kong and the UK means he really understands what expats are looking for, so the house hunting process is so much more efficient. He's also super easy to work with and goes beyond the call of duty. He even offered to help me sort out the transfer of the utilities when I moved into my most recent place. I've used Joe on both my moves within HK and he'll be the first person I contact when I need to move again.

Kim was very responsive and showed me just I was looking for. She arranged additional viewings easily when requested and followed up on queries I had.
