Flo’s knowledge of the HK market was exceptional, so that was first stand out. Secondly, and perhaps more importantly, was her ability to really connect to me - not only to understand our requirements, but the reasons behind those requirements. This meant she provided opportunities we wouldn’t have thought about otherwise.

Ludivine was an excellent listener to us and this is a very good quality as an agent. She respected our wishes (location, type of flats etc...) and monthly budget. It was very important as we did not want to waste time visiting flats which were not in our range of expectations. We are a couple who is quite busy and appreciate efficiency.
