I really enjoyed working with Susie. She was polite, friendly, professional, responsive and really listened to what we were looking for. She presented us with a broad range of options meeting our requirements but also gave helpful recommendations about locations and flats which we would not have initially considered but which were really great to see. Shirley had been a huge help in our flat search. Shirley has been very accommodating with our requests and found some excellent apartments for us. When we found the right apartment Shirley worked very hard to get us a great deal. We are very grateful for all Shirley’s help.
