Flo was assigned to assist my family and me in finding a new home in Hong Kong. As I was coming from the US I had a lot of questions and needs in order to ensure my family would be comfortable and happy. Flo went above and beyond, showing me a wide variety of options over the span of two trips to Hong Kong. She never hesitated, never said no, spent whatever time was necessary and provided lots of local anecdotes and information in the process. She even bonded with my 8 year old boy and gave us a tour of the flower and bird markets in Mong Kok! In summary, we are now happily ensconced in a new flat and Flo made it all possible, right down to setting up our utilities. We couldn’t have asked for a better initial contact in Hong Kong.

Jayde has been nothing short of fantastic in meeting our exceptionally tight time frame with having to relocate. She has clearly understood our requirements and has consistently offered up apartments that matched our brief. Shirley has been extremely helpful to assist us to research our home on the South Side. We encountered a difficult situation that our Landlord wished to renovate the building and we have to leave our premises for a few months. Despite the difficulties to search for a short lease, Shirley has been extremely diligent to assist us. I am sure will introduce her to my friends for home searching.
