Our first rental experience was very unpleasant. Our previous agent was deceptive and our landlord the same and it left us very wary this time around. Thankfully, I read an article about the OKAY.com DB team last year and decided to call them as soon as our lease was up. It was great to talk to an agent who not only understood our expectations and requirements but respected them. It was refreshing to be taken to see places that fit the bill and not be shown places that had some of the things we had asked for but were clearly not going to be considered. I also appreciated Nina's help in taking me to a furniture store that makes beds, made to order and then for saving me money by forwarding me an ad for a second hand one that fits perfectly. It's great to talk with someone who looks after their customers that well! For any problems, Nina got back to me in a timely fashion and fixed them with a positive attitude. Who could ask for more?

Jayde from OKAY.com went out of her way, even in out of office hours, to ensure I found the apartment I was looking for. She was professional, knowledgeable and helpful at all stages of the process. Ludivine was excellent to work with and extremely helpful and responsive. She listened to my requirements for an apartment and followed up on our requests to see flats we saw online. She did not waste time on unsuitable ones. She was always available to respond to WhatsApp messages and replied promptly. Her feedback was honest and realistic and most importantly, I never felt pressured to take whatever came along, unlike experiences we have had with other agents over the past 19 years I have been in Hong Kong. I would certainly use her again and recommend her to other friends or colleagues looking for a real estate agent.
