We were living in Kennedy Town but had to find a new place as the family is about to grow with a 2nd child arriving soon. We contacted 3 different agencies and OKAY.com was one of them. We loved the quality properties on their website as many of them fit our western standards. We also appreciated how easy and convenient it was to select the places to visit directly online from the recommendation list sent by our agent with details, pictures and personal notes. Our agent, Jayde Pamuk, immediately understood our needs and our long list of 'must-haves' never discouraged her. All of the apartments we visited had something unique compared to Hong Kong standards. If we must move out again in Hong Kong (hopefully, not too soon!), we would first ask for OKAY.com and Jayde Pamuk.

Francesca (Frankie) was great to work with. She managed to show us a great number of flats according to our requirements and even viewed apartments on our behalf when we are away and arranged signing with the the landlord. She is very helpful and has such a positive energy. We highly recommend her as a real estate agent!

Searching for a new a apartment can be exhausting, but with Heike's professional, efficient and cordial manner we enjoyed our daily trip in order to find the perfect home. And we found it! Is there more to say? Yes! From the beginning she implemented a trustful and warm relationship. She gave us the feeling that she cares about us and our expectations.
