My cooperation with Dorothy from OKAY.com has been exceptionally pleasant and fruitful. In less than a week's time I went from a potential property visit schedule to a signed rental contract. Dorothy helped on everything including all the necessary documentation, communication with landlords and bargaining of the price to a reasonable level. While I was in Europe, she opened accounts at utility companies on my name, and I just had to sign everything at arrival and property handover. She is an excellent agent for a busy expat who does not have a lot of time to invest in search of the perfect apartment. I can definitely suggest her to my friends and colleagues.

Ning was also very proactive in working with the landlord to obtain a fair rental price, and to ensure all the minor fixes that were done before I moved in. Ning was always responsive when I needed her, and she saved me hours of worry! Everything went smoothly because of her!

It was a real pleasure to have Heike's expertise to find a flat. I feel she really understood our needs, which helped us find the flat we needed. Indeed, we didn't lose time in visiting irrelevant places. I greatly appreciated her patience and commitment in your task and the way she helped us all the way through, from the day she picked me up in a car for the first visits all the way to the fact she came to my place over the weekend to have my wife sign the tenancy agreement!
