I’d like to share my experience with Daphne, my housing agent. In short, It was truly pleasant to work with Daphne. She took every effort to help from find flats, check the room status, resolve issues and get the contract done. Actually, I had an issue on the refrigerator in the new apartment which I think it’s caused by miscommunication between landlord and his agents. I never expected this kind of situation so I had no idea how to solve the issue. I was very worried if I could continue the agreement because landlord’s agent was just trying to avoid the situation. But Daphne tried very hard to reach out to the landlord’s agent and solve the issue. She was willing to take the responsibility on what she did nothing wrong and convinced landlord and his agent to share the responsibility. I moved to the new apartment last week and my family are so happy with new apartment. It would not have been possible to get the TA signed without Daphne’s help.
