Working with Sonam Thadani in securing our rental apartment last spring was a pleasure. This was our third move within Hong Kong and, after working with other brokers, we truly saw the difference that made working with her entirely remarkable and worth it. Sonam was diligent in her efforts to find apartments that met our criteria while also keeping us in check with current market trends and pricing. Furthermore, she exercised patience (and perseverance) in scheduling viewings and following through with negotiations with counterparties. Once all of the papers were signed, Sonam’s continued efforts assured that the transition to our new apartment was as seamless as possible. Should we find ourselves in the position to move within Hong Kong again, we will not hesitate to engage Sonam Thadani once more.

Tommy was genuine and honest throughout the process. He understood what we were looking for and was very trustworthy, very different from some of the other agents we dealt with.

Cindy has done a very good and professional job in arranging our rental at Avignon and gave good after-sales service. For example, she instantly arranged a locksmith to come around when we found that an unathorised cleaner had a key to our flat. She arranged a good tour of the Gold Coast area of at least 10 flats, and from that we chose one which we are now in. Cindy also then arranged another tour of flats to buy, which we considered, but will hold off on for now until we find a better value. We would recommend her to friends who want to move to this area. She is easy to get along with and very helpful.
