The key to a good property agent is whether you end up with a property you are pleased with, within your budget. We are delighted with what Max found us and that she negotiated the price down to our budget - something she was confident she could do before she showed us the place.
The second aspect to a good property agent is the whether the search and decision process is efficient, speedy, focused on relevant properties, with a wide variety of choices, all within budget and meeting key criteria. Max worked with all four of our family - including two teenagers - so that in the short time available, we got a good idea of the choices we had. In the end we were left with two places so attractive that our problem was losing the attractions of one for another even better.
Max also handled the admin., transfers and handover as smoothly as you like.

Our first rental experience was very unpleasant. Our previous agent was deceptive and our landlord the same and it left us very wary this time around. Thankfully, I read an article about the OKAY.com DB team last year and decided to call them as soon as our lease was up. It was great to talk to an agent who not only understood our expectations and requirements but respected them. It was refreshing to be taken to see places that fit the bill and not be shown places that had some of the things we had asked for but were clearly not going to be considered. I also appreciated Nina's help in taking me to a furniture store that makes beds, made to order and then for saving me money by forwarding me an ad for a second hand one that fits perfectly. It's great to talk with someone who looks after their customers that well! For any problems, Nina got back to me in a timely fashion and fixed them with a positive attitude. Who could ask for more?
