Just wanted to commend the service of Joanne from OKAY for helping us rent our place. She was very good with all the attentions to detail that made the transaction smoothly. She answered all our question speedily and was able to give us good insights on things we were not familiar with. Jane knows the HK market very well and was an excellent judge of the types of places I was interested in. This means I didn't waste time and I didn't need other agents. Jane was very warm and friendly and very professional. She was always at a viewing ahead of time and had already looked at the place in detail. I hate to be competing with the agent to look! Jane left me to view in peace and then had lots of pointers afterwards to help me assess suitability. She also made room plans for me of the flat I was interested in and this was very helpful. Jane had good knowledge of negotiating and how different landlords are open to different types of offers. This was very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend Jane.

Elma was INCREDIBLE. She very quickly learnt exactly what we wanted and only took us to view flats that aligned instead of trying to sell us something not quite right. She observed our reactions to flats and used these in her searches. When we did find a flat she very thoroughly checked it and negotiated extensively with the landlord. We are so grateful!
