Ms. Sayaka showed me some flats on Conduit Road, Old Peak Road and Sai Ying Pun area. She was always attentive to me and understood my preference. Her replies regarding my questions/ requests were fast. I would say she is the one who understands client’s needs and timing. Elma, has been respecting all our needs we had from the first visit. She helped us and still is helping for the apartment as the owner does not speak English and certain things are still not fixed. Kim was absolutely incredible to work with, and (for me at least) sets a new benchmark in what I should expect from an agent in the future (which will no doubt be Okay and/or Kim!). She worked well beyond the scope of what I could have expected of an agent, despite the fact that my budget was relatively small, and overall she achieved a final deal that worked very well for me.
