Nora dedicated time and efforts to find the apartment of our dreams. Tommy was extremely helpful and attendant to what we wanted. After contacting us, he quickly put together a collection of flats for us to look at and it really felt that he had listened to us instead of just showing what flats he had available. During all the actual showings, Tommy was delightful and answered all of our questions. He was prompt in preparing all of the utilities, etc afterward when we had selected an apartment. Cindy was the first agent to respond to me after I had made several enquiries via a few property websites. Within a few hours, she had put together a good list of properties for me to view in the Hong Kong Gold Coast area. I chose the flat that I liked, and Cindy proceeded to make all the necessary arrangements with the landlord. Cindy was great and ensured that I was able to move as quickly as possible, and also managed to get me a small discount. As my accommodation is paid by my company, I then had Cindy deal directly with my company's HR manager, who was also very impressed with Cindy’s professionalism and has since used Cindy to secure various homes for our newly arrived expat staff.
