Matthieu got in touch with me a week before I arrived in HK. He carefully selected apartments based on my requirements and designed the routes for viewings so that we could spend our time more efficiently. The preselected properties were nicely printed out in a booklet so that I could take notes at the same time. I have been with some other agencies but this is the most professional one I have ever experienced. During viewings, Matthieu acted not only professionally but also connected with me on a personal level. He accompanied me to the same apartment twice in the same evening just to make sure I would be comfortable with the noise during night time. He also incorporated my feedback so that he could select more options for me. He really heard, valued and prioritised my comments. The OKAY.COM experience has been a good one for us.Attitude is a key element in the world of property-that plus immaculate documentation; never more so than in present dull and listless market. Often local (non Central agents) cannot compete in these key areas. I met Lala YEUNG at the flat almost by accident and liked her direct and refreshing manner. Cindy LI briefly also in your office and found her friendly and helpful. I do feel that Helena LAU on account of her direct role was the star performer where she was able to display an almost intuitive talent for firstly quick thinking on her feet with good descriptive prose and secondly breathing new life into a deal that was all but dead! The ability to ‘pivot’ and turn a negative situation around is an instinctive to a rare few. Attention to detail in the documentation and RVD notification without prompting and stage by stage notifications were all good.
The rental achieved is a minor element in this mildly euphoric testimonial.
