I am hugely grateful for Cindy’s help and expertise in finding a flat to rent in Hong Kong. I had a very tight deadline to work with, and Cindy was able to find a selection of properties that matched what I was looking for in only a number of hours, and even accommodated me to carry out viewings the following day. Incredibly, we had a signed Provisional Tenancy Agreement by the end of the day of the viewings. It would not have been possible with Cindy’s work ethic and knowledge of the Hong Kong property scene, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for property in Hong Kong.

Dawson has been our Hong Kong agent for six years since we moved to HK. He has always been extremely responsive with property options for us as we would reach out frequently to understand what’s happening in the rental market. His friendly personality and outstanding service have been the reason we use him, and we couldn’t recommend him any higher. We are extremely grateful for his help with advice and negotiating for our property, and the moving tasks such as closing and opening new utilities. Thanks Dawson and thank you Okay.com!

Damian was everything I was looking for in an agent - patient, understanding, and punctual. Definitely would work with him again in the future.
