We’ve worked with Sonam on 2 moves, multiple negotiations, rent reductions, stamp duties, and much more, and working with her has always been such a pleasure. We were looking for a place that would be in Central, but also with good light, good plan, and not too expensive. Shirley understood perfectly, and found us the exact match - and also did a great negotiation job with the landlord to secure it exactly as per our timing. She did also a fantastic job to assist us with all the utilities transferred from our old place (gas, electricity & etc), and was always available and super efficient when some questions or issues came during the move and even after. She is a positive and efficient person that I can highly recommend.

Maybe it is our fortune to meet LaLa and she helped us a lot to purchase our dream house finally after several difficulties. She is different from the other property agents, she is helpful, friendly, kind and responsive. We appreciate her professional attitude and treat her as our friend.
