...Andrea has been an absolute delight to work with. She is not only very friendly but most importantly understands the requirements of her clients very well. From the moment we discussed my move [to Hong Kong] I instantly felt reassured that the stressful process of finding a place to call home was going to be easier than I anticipated (I even cancelled the vast number of other agents I was planning on working with). No requests seemed too hard. This includes my request to view a total of 28 properties in one day to being happy to secure the handover on a Sunday. Anil is very detailed oriented and spent time to understand my specific needs and my background rather than just showing me whatever apartments available. He also provided many his personal experiences in the area we are looking and helped a lot in the final negotiation with landlord.

Martina was amazing! She adapted to the realities of looking for a flat during Covid and when someone moving to Hk has to do 2 weeks of quarantine first. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for, so much so that I ended up taking the first flat she showed me! Impressive. I'll definitely be using Martina again should I need to move and will be recommending her to anyone looking for an agent in the future.
