Flo is not your average agent. She's fast, sharp, and goes above and beyond for her clients. I first met her when she came to show my apartment to her client. I immediately noticed how she was unlike any of the other agents I had worked with - she asked the right questions, noted the right good and bad characteristics of my apartment, etc. A few days later, I asked her to help with my own search. She is by far the best agent I have worked with in Hong Kong. I highly recommend her.

Fortunately Flo is in neither group! She listens and tries hard to find the right fit for your needs. I spent six months working with her to find the right place to buy and found her to be professional, hard working and ultimately successful. I definitely recommend her wholeheartedly.

She’s really great and very pro active finding/recommending us other suitable properties when the ones we chose were not up to our liking. She also, for no extra fees, helped us secure and prepared contracts for an additional Carpark. She was also very quick on completing all the contracts and paperwork, even if she had to come a long way to our house to meet us for cheques and signature. Definitely the best agent we had by far in Hong Kong!
