We had many demands, and a challenging budget [when we moved house last year]. [Alexis] was patient and always pleasant and patient in her dealings with us. Very quickly she understood our profile and only showed us properties suitable for us – might seem simple, but having used several other agents previously, having someone who understands and hears your requests is such a relief. Once decided, Alexis ensured that all requests to our new landlord were dealt with in a professional and efficient manner. The move to our new home was without any setbacks, and Alexis saw us safely through the whole process. We would definitely recommend engaging Alexis in your property search; we will do so again in the future!

There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.
