Working with Stephanie was a pleasure from beginning to end! She understood my wishes/ needs very well and we only had to see a very few properties before I bought one. The whole purchasing process was handled very efficiently and professionally. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a Property Agent.

If I can be brutally honest - I generally haven’t had great experiences with estate agents and don’t hold them in high regard. Poor communication, not listening, not being flexible (and many other things of you require a full list :) Ellen, conversely, has been amazing and genuinely made what could otherwise have been a stressful experience a real joy. From the off Ellen listened to what I was looking for, clarified my requests, and then set about showing me only properties I would be interested in. She was totally transparent in her thoughts on each instead of trying to ‘sell me’; she was super responsive; she flexed completed to my schedule and ultimately once we found a property I wanted to move into, I really felt that she went the extra mile not just to secure it but also get due diligence sorted and arrange all the start-up utilities etc. This may sound like an over the top note but I mean it with all sincerity. Cherie was extremely attentive in detail and gave us so much comfort in finding the unit which we were looking for. She also put so much effort in dealing with the owner during and after negotiations and we were very impressed with her ability to handle challenges.
