Tommy went above and beyond to help me find a place that genuinely had the things that I was looking for. He was a great communicator in listening to my requirements, and he was very responsive to my questions. Tommy supported my move and additional requests and provided an excellent level of service meeting me close to work and genuinely making things as easy as possible for me. Gertrude was very detailed oriented and patient with us; from arranging picking us up to really listening to our needs and to communicating with the landlord on everything we needed to change and fix up. She is very professional and after having dealing with many property agents.. she knows her stuff inside and out ! I highly recommend her to everyone whose looking for and apt/house.
