I can not say enough about Tammy and her professionalism and customer focus. She took full ownership of a difficult process and it would not have happened without her. There were significant last minute issues over the weekend with multiple parties involved in getting everything sorted and Tammy took full control. I was out of the country and really depended on her for everything. She worked tirelessly to make all sides happy with the transaction. She really went above and beyond and I was extremely impressed and grateful.

"When I first met Sonam, I was blown away by her responsiveness and attentiveness to my inquiries and questions. She quickly understood our unique requirements, displayed good knowledge of the local market, was able to advise on neighbourhoods and narrow our search down to the properties that closely matched our criteria.
We found that Sonam was not only responsive to our inquiries but proactive in her search and negotiations, and always very pleasant to deal with.
Even though our requirements were somewhat challenging, Sonam displayed great patience and understanding and never tried to rush us into other properties that had compromises, unlike many other agents in Hong Kong.
She was always accommodating regarding the scheduling of viewings and made herself available on short notice when necessary.
