My experience working with Rosa McCann was exceptional. Rosa adhered to my budget. When I could not find anything within my criteria, she only showed me listings she thought would be suitable and to my taste above my budget by asking if I would like to see those before sending me listings. At no point did I feel pressurized, nor did I feel Rosa pushing me into a more expensive category to get the job done.
I found Rosa to be professional, warm and caring. I felt supported in more ways than one in her expert care. She did all the necessary paperwork (including setting up the utilities and internet), introduced me to contractors she has used in the past to assist me with hanging art, curtains and so on and even showed up on moving day to walk me through the flat to show me how everything worked.
Rosa was methodical, detailed, thoughtful, and reassuring. I would not hesitate to recommend her services.

Ms. Yohanita is very helpful and she works efficiently. As we are not new to Hong Kong, Ms. Yohanita gave us few ideas and let us explore different locations and different type of properties to understand what we like. From there she understands already what we like and what we need, so we did not waste our time seeing apartments that we will not like. Ms. Yohanita also a very good intermediary and she has the attention into detail. Overall our experience with Ms. Yohanita was very pleasant. Thank you Ms. Yohanita!

We had the pleasure of working with Sonam Thadani as our real estate agent, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. From the moment we met, Sonam demonstrated her professionalism, patience, and excellent listening skills. She took the time to fully understand our needs and was determined to help us find the right home to meet our requirements.
Sonam was a fantastic negotiator and was able to secure the best deal for us. She was a great communicator, always quick to respond to our queries and concerns, and kept us informed at every step of the process.
Even after we had closed on our new home, Sonam continued to assist and guide us until we were fully settled in. She went above and beyond our expectations, and we were more than happy with her work.
In summary, if you are looking for a real estate agent who is professional, patient, a good listener, a skilled negotiator, and a great communicator, then we strongly recommend Sonam Thadani. We would not hesitate to use her again.4.9 / 5.0
