Agents spend a significant amount of time searching for apartments that match the client's criteria
Agents have to visit flats beforehand and take pictures and ensure our database is up-to-date
Agents are experienced in negotiating better prices for their clients
Agents are responsible for verifying all the information related to the flats (e.g. Landlord, Building Orders)
Agents need to oversee the organization of all the contracts (Offer letter and Tenancy Agreement) and ensure they are signed by both parties
Agents do the formal handover of keys to the Tenant and ensure the flat is in a suitable condition before the tenant moves in
