Clearwater Bay village homes of 1,400 - 2,100 sq. ft. Given there is a limited supply of village homes in CWB should I buy now or should I wait 12 months? Are CWB village homes on a different supply / demand curve than traditional HK apartments? My view is expats are moving from HK Island to CWB for a change in lifestyle and CWB village homes...

In my personal opinion it is definitely a good long term investment to purchase village houses in Clearwater Bay. I see more and more young families moving into CWB when they are tired of flat living. Most young families want some outdoor space for their children. With Nord Anglia School now located in Lam Tin which is an easy commute from CWB makes CWB more attractive than ever. There is already a good expat community established in CWB, Sai Kung and with HK Academy and Nord Anglia School based nearby, there should be more and more families moving into the area.
