The Redhill Peninsula is a prestigious low-density residential development in Tai Tam, featuring townhouses and apartments that capture the stunning sea views of Tai Tam Bay. Surrounded by lush greenery and tranquil hillsides, it offers a serene and private living environment with a strong sense of community.
The estate is also close to the Hong Kong International School (HKIS), The American Club, and Stanley, making it one of the most sought-after luxury residential areas in the Southern District of Hong Kong.
The Redhill Peninsula was jointly developed by two renowned Hong Kong developers, Sun Hung Kai Properties and Sino Group. The development comprises four phases built between 1990 and 1992, featuring a total of 256 buildings and 494 units, including both townhouses and apartments. Together, they form a large-scale, low-density residential enclave that blends luxury living with stunning coastal scenery.
Built along the peninsula and wrapping around Pak Pat Shan, Redhill Peninsula enjoys both mountain and sea views. Every residence captures open vistas of the sea or greenery, with a modern European architectural design featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and high ceilings that maximise natural light.
The master plan emphasises extensive landscaping and harmony with nature, creating an elegant and peaceful environment.
The development is divided into four phases (Zones A–D):
Phases 1–3 (Zones B–D): These zones consist of detached townhouses ranging from 2,583 to 5,353 sq. ft. in saleable area. Built between 1990 and 1991, these houses are arranged in three tiers along the southern slopes of Pak Pat Shan, known as Palm Drive and Pine Drive houses, featuring two- or three-storey layouts.
Phase 4 (Zone A): Comprising apartment blocks located along Tai Tam Reservoir Road on the northern side, this phase was completed in 1992. The buildings range from 8 to 21 storeys high, with two units per floor, including both standard and special units. Standard units range from 946 to 1,575 sq. ft., while special units measure between 946 and 2,466 sq. ft.
Residents at The Redhill Peninsula can enjoy extensive amenities. There are clubhouse and recreation facilities, including an outdoor swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna, tennis and squash courts, children's playground, barbecue area, function room and residents' lounge.
The lush landscaping and open layout create a resort-like atmosphere, offering residents ample space to relax and enjoy family-oriented leisure activities amidst nature.
While set in a peaceful coastal environment, The Redhill Peninsula offers excellent transport connectivity. Residents can drive via Tai Tam Road and Stanley Gap Road to reach major business and shopping districts, such as Central and Causeway Bay, in about 15 minutes.
Resident shuttle buses also operate to Taikoo and Admiralty MTR stations, providing convenient options for daily commuting and city access.
The Redhill Peninsula is close to Stanley Plaza and The Pulse at Repulse Bay, where residents can enjoy diverse dining, shopping, and leisure options. The nearby American Club further enhances the lifestyle appeal with exclusive social and dining facilities.
In terms of education, the estate's proximity to the Hong Kong International School (HKIS) makes it a highly desirable address for families seeking top-tier international education within minutes of home.
