
Located in the Cyberport on Telegraph Bay, Bel-Air is a Pokfulam luxury residence with panoramic sea views. It is renowned for creating luxury residential developments and managing high-end hospitality ventures, including Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono in Japan. The company is majority-owned by PCCW Limited.
