Happy Valley is a residential suburb on the northern side of Hong Kong Island that centers around one of Hong Kong’s two famous racecourses. It is located next to Causeway Bay. Properties are a mixture of older low-rises and mid-rises, serviced apartments and new high-rise developments. The more up-market Jardine’s Lookout is positioned just above this with a gated neighborhood rich in townhouses. Central is 10 minutes away by bus or taxi, while Kowloon is easily accessible through the Cross Harbour Tunnel.
Kim was absolutely incredible to work with, and (for me at least) sets a new benchmark in what I should expect from an agent in the future (which will no doubt be Okay and/or Kim!). She worked well beyond the scope of what I could have expected of an agent, despite the fact that my budget was relatively small, and overall she achieved a final deal that worked very well for me. On top of this she is personable, easy going and a pleasure to chat to and work with. You are lucky to have such an individual in your organization that represents your brand.
