We worked with three OKAY.com agents during our home search and want to thank each of them for the high quality assistance they provided. Bjoern, Nora and Soi were amazing to work with. They showed us the many different property options available across Hong Kong. We are especially grateful for the guidance and honest answers they gave us in response to our questions as we tried to best understand the benefits and detriments that we would experience in each location. Their hard work resulted in making our family extremely happy with our choice on the South Side.

It was a pleasure working with Flo. She made the process of finding a new home really easy and we have already recommended her to a number of our friends. She really understood what we were looking for which was demonstrated when she showed us an apartment in an area we hadn't even considered – we now live in this apartment and absolutely love it! Flo offered a lot of good advice based on her knowledge of the city and her experience in the housing industry. Her service also did not stop once we signed the tenancy agreement - she helped us move our utility accounts and continues to provide helpful recommendations. In summary, we really enjoyed working with Flo and will hopefully get the chance to work with her again one day in the future.

Dawson was a very efficient, professional and organised agent. Thanks to his knowledge and experience, I was able to find a great flat within two days of my arrival in Hong Kong! He was very quick to arrange a viewing for flats that I screened, and also gave me detailed overview of surrounding area.
