Working with Elle was an outstanding experience. She came well prepared with great options and extensive knowledge, anticipated our concerns, addressed, and suggested alternative solutions and made us feel very well looked after throughout our search. She ensured the process ran smoothly from our initial requests to securing our new home, helping us seamlessly complete all the formalities along the way, remaining accessible and helpful with every aspect of moving into our new home.

As a single mother moving across continents, finding an apartment in HK worried me the most. However, with the incredible support of Sonam, who worked with us from whilst we were still abroad to the point of moving in, this task resulted in our dream apartment! Sonam worked closely with me first to get a sense of the type of apartment in terms of style, was able to aptly match this with listings that were in our price range. This meant that when I arrived for our initial 3 day visit to find an apartment, everything was set up for viewings. Sonam went even further to help me understand the different areas of the city, both considering my needs as a working mother, but also my daughter's needs. She even went as far as to get the bus schedule of my daughter's school and helped map the different apartments to the routes. Sonam, through her incredible communication helped me navigate all the processes even though I was located On a vastly different time zone!

Alan was fantastic! He was always balanced, clearly knows the field very well, patient and so pleasant to work with. He was always available to speak and gave sound advice. We enjoyed working with him and would recommend him to anyone.
