Shirley was very professional, when I was looking for a property to purchase with a limited budget, she listened to me about my criteria, she helped me screening some properties worth to purchase in few locations, so that I could narrow down my choices. Thanks for her incredible price negotiation skills. With her help I have got a good price. For future I will keep doing properties investment, I must choose Shirley again :)

Sonam was very helpful and patient with our house search. We had a set of criteria which she adhered to while recommending options. There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.
