Andrea is awesome! She listened to what I was looking for, she got to know me as a person in order to find the right place for me. One thing I most appreciated about Andrea was her honesty, she wasn't just trying to find me any old place, I could tell that it was genuine and that she cared. When it came to submitting an offer, signing a lease and organizing everything for the handover and utilities, it all went so smoothly. She was on top of everything which really helped with my moving process, as I didn't really have to worry about anything. We had to find a new place REALLY fast. She found one that met pretty much all our needs. Since she was our agent last time, she knew our top priorities. She helped us close out our utilities at the old place and get the new ones set-up. And she always gives great advice on how to make the most of our apartment.
