Within 48 hours, Louise had not only shown me a flat that exceeded all my expectations but also had the offer accepted and the offer letter drawn up and signed. Her attention to detail is remarkable and her level of organisation make her a pleasure to work with, especially in this case when I had an unreasonably short time in which to find a new flat. The new flat is a delight, so I am doubly grateful for her help and professionalism. I have used Louise as my rental agent twice in two years and have often suggested to friends that they use her.
