I arrived in HK only 2 months ago and needed to find somewhere that is close to work (in Wanchai) and would be a peaceful sanctuary when I return home from a busy day. This seemed an impossible task; but in the short space of a couple of weeks, Dorothy Poon sussed out my personal preferences and requirements. Listened to my requests and came up with out of the box solutions. He was able to find exactly what I was looking for, and it was a difficult request. He was also very responsive to all my inquiries, made himself available for questions, and was very knowledgable about the markets. He is also a good negotiator and handled conversations with the landlord well. Highly recommend! Best agent I have worked with in Hong Kong!
