The Mount Austin (House)

Working with Jayde and OKAY.com was a great experience. Jayde helped me find a great flat in a great location at a competitive rate, which was exactly what i was looking for! Jayde's constant communication made the whole process very simple, taking into consideration finding and signing a lease within 5 working days. Flo was assigned to assist my family and me in finding a new home in Hong Kong. As I was coming from the US I had a lot of questions and needs in order to ensure my family would be comfortable and happy. Flo went above and beyond, showing me a wide variety of options over the span of two trips to Hong Kong. She never hesitated, never said no, spent whatever time was necessary and provided lots of local anecdotes and information in the process. She even bonded with my 8 year old boy and gave us a tour of the flower and bird markets in Mong Kok! In summary, we are now happily ensconced in a new flat and Flo made it all possible, right down to setting up our utilities. We couldn’t have asked for a better initial contact in Hong Kong.

Flo was fantastic! She took the time to understand all of our expectations and found the best properties to meet those. She was also very candid and coached us through our expectations. By having a more honest set of expectations & requirements, we were able to see opportunities in properties that we would have initially rejected for not meeting ALL of our requirements. In the end, we ended up with an amazing apartment that we are so grateful to have found. Flo is an amazing agent and we've already started recommending her to friends.
