It was something we very much appreciated. Every query we had, from selecting the property, to second viewings, to questions about appliances and so forth, was promptly and professionally dealt with. She ensured the whole signing process ran incredibly smoothly despite us being abroad at the time we were trying to prepare cheques and finalize paperwork. We recency bought a house in Sheung Yeung Village through Stephanie. Throughout the entire process Stephanie was helpful, polite and positive. She often had local insider information. Indeed she often went beyond what could be reasonably expected. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone considering buying in the area.

Ingrid has assisted me with the search and it has taken me about 3 weeks to find a place where I wanted to put an offer in.
