I cannot not say enough how great Jayde was to work with!! She quickly undesrstood the kind of home we were looking for and helped us find a dream apartment with a convenient location and awesome view! She also managed all the details and was just a pleasure to work with. I'm so thankful that we found Jayde who made a normally stressful process a bit more bearable. Helena was extremely helpful and responsive. She worked hard to fully understand our needs and tailor the viewings accordingly, so we didn't waste any time looking at unsuitable properties. Although we eventually decided to renew our current tenancy, Helena's advice was invaluable in helping us better understand the market. We would highly recommend her!

Jayde worked with me for the first time in October 2014. She referred a tenant from the UK who had come to work in HK and we managed to reach an agreement on the same day of the initial viewing due to her professionalism in the negotiation process. In February 2016, I appointed Jayde and OKAY.com as the sole agent for leasing another one of my properties as a result of the excellent experience I had received in the past.
