Amelia was amazing! I was under a very tight deadline to move and was traveling when I contacted Amelia to help me to look for an apt. She went out of her way to check out apartments and sent me videos and pictures for me to choose from when I was traveling. Given my timeline we had to view 12 apt in 1 day and she was so patient and caring and always put my interest first. After I signed the apt she was so helpful in liaising and following up with the landlord on handover! Amelia made the whole process of looking for apt and moving so smooth and stress-less for me! Carment was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He was very responsive, great at communicating regular updates and and pro-active in finding the right property for us and facilitating discussions with the landlord. We've tried working with other agents before, but Carment was far better than any agent we've worked with. He was very transparent and forthcoming throughout the whole process, including when it came to negotiating the rent and fees with the landlord. I would highly recommend Carment in the future.
