Kerstin was very attentive and went out of her way to understand our specific needs/requests She worked hard to communicate with potential LandLords/Renters to answer questions / provide responses to any asks that we had As non-HK natives, Kerstin also provided expert guidance on the rental process (inc legal process/contracts etc) and kept us well informed along the way! Twenty-nine apartments and twelve agents later, I finally found Jayde with OKAY.com! Flat-hunting in Hong Kong can be tumultuous and stressful but as soon as Jayde entered the picture it all became such a breeze. I had received Jayde's contact through a colleague and within moments of initially messaging, Jayde was sending me listings to review via a full-fledged site that was user friendly and aesthetically pleasing. I selected the properties I liked and was also able to provide comments on why something was worth viewing or not to avoid wasting any more time. Upon meeting Jayde for viewings, she was prompt and ready to go with a detailed portfolio of what we would be seeing that day. Opening the door to the 2nd property we viewed, I knew this was it!
