We were very pleased by Janis' level of service the first time we met when we were looking for flats 2 years ago. Although we ended up finding a flat without an agent, we remembered Janis for her organised and efficient nature. We liked the fact that she was not pushy and listened to our needs when searching for an apartment unlike most agents who tended to waste our time by showing us flats that didn't come close to meeting our requirements. Andrea is awesome! She listened to what I was looking for, she got to know me as a person in order to find the right place for me. One thing I most appreciated about Andrea was her honesty, she wasn't just trying to find me any old place, I could tell that it was genuine and that she cared. When it came to submitting an offer, signing a lease and organizing everything for the handover and utilities, it all went so smoothly. She was on top of everything which really helped with my moving process, as I didn't really have to worry about anything. My wife and I had been searching for 4 months for a property using a variety of agents. We wish we had found Jayde earlier as she understood immediately what was important to us. We really appreciated Jayde's upbeat personality, and every effort to find a solution to even the smallest of problems. For example, she offered to measure out every room of our chosen unit, and mark with tape where our furniture could be. How amazing is that?! We hope to work with Jayde again in the future.
