It was such a relief to meet Jane after a fruitless week of searching on our initial ‘look-see’ in HK. Jane totally understood our brief so we didn’t waste any valuable time and she was extremely patient when our brief changed! Jane found us a proper home that helped us settle into our new lives at once. Jane was also extremely generous in sharing all sorts of useful information to newcomers to HK and ensuring that the admin and handover side of the contract ran smoothly.

Jayde was an absolute pleasure to work with, not to mention a super fun person to go flat hunting with! I was on a very tight time frame and in the middle of an extremely busy period in my life, but Jayde helped make the entire experience smooth and seamless and found me a beautiful flat in Happy Valley in the space of two days. Jayde handled all the documentation and correspondence between myself and my new landlord, to the extent that she was shuttling back and forth between my flat at the time, my office, her office and everywhere in between to get everything signed off in time for moving day. Even while Jayde was out of town on vacation, she was working to help me secure my new flat because she knew how much I loved it. I have already recommended Jayde to several of my friends and intend to continue doing so going forward!

Thank you for your hard work in helping me finding a perfect home for us. We had visited so many flats with different agents but you were simply the best! You were very punctual, professional, polite and helpful! You closed the deal even with our special conditions(pregnancy, late start rental date etc.) I am sure you have put a lot of hard work to make this contract possible! We can’t be more grateful and we really appreciate your help and profession! I would give you 20/10 if there is a scoring system! I would definitely recommend you to my friends and family. Lastly, Thanks for making my house hunting journey so smooth and efficient. Btw, I appreciate you are so well dressed even on bright sunny days! This is that tiny thing that makes the difference!
