Janis is professional and at the same time personable. She made the otherwise daunting task of finding a new home smooth and easy for our family. She did all the necessary paperwork (including setting up the utilities and internet), introduced me to contractors she has used in the past to assist me with hanging art, curtains and so on and even showed up on moving day to walk me through the flat to show me how everything worked.
