Charlie and I really appreciated all your efforts in helping us identify a new home, your professionalism and warm personality have made our experience a wonderful one! In the past 6 weeks, we emailed and messaged each others almost on a daily basis, and we saw each other at least once a week, and you even drove us around with your own car! With that time and effort, you were able to narrow down exactly what we needed ( given how picky we are! ) and we were so close in finding our new home. We would definitely have signed a lease if our existing landlord didn’t extend this offer for us to stay. Shirley helped me ultimately rent the dream apartment. I was very impressed by her tenacity and her grit to get things done. She knew how to position my background and story to ensure that I could beat another bidder for a rental property (even when the terms were slightly better than mine as i was told). She was also very efficient and effective in sorting out all the small details of renting including gas, water, electricity as well as sorting out insurance.
